Competing primarily in Class 3 with his Ford Bronco, Ken Leavitt has established himself as a determined competitor in one of desert racing's most challenging categories.

The Jerome resident has tackled the legendary Baja 1000, showcasing the grit and determination that defines Class 3 racing. His #349 Ford Bronco represents the classic short-wheelbase 4x4 category, where reliability and navigation skills often matter as much as raw speed across Baja's unforgiving peninsula. Racing alongside co-drivers including Lara Wagstaf from Hailey, Idaho, and experienced hands like Tim Bradford and Bob Morton, Leavitt demonstrates the teamwork essential for success in ultra-distance desert racing.
